Average Valuation Officer salaries for job postings in Washington, DC are 25% higher than average Valuation Officer salaries for job postings nationwide. There are far fewer of these than of the house books and field books. Copiesof all of them are available at NAI and the LDS Library, though not in PRONI, withsome still in the Valuation Office itself.Summary valuations shown represent the valuation officer’s approach to assessing rateable value. Whilst the RV shown will be in line with any agreement or tribunal determination, the actual build up may differ. This will be where, exceptionally, the VO has been able to agree/accept the RV but not the build up or where, for technical reasons, it has not been possible to replicate the agreement or decision. Whilst areas used are believed to be accurate, you should take steps to make your own measurements when checking RVs.The NAIC's Securities Valuations Office (SVO), one of the three groups within the Capital Markets & Investment Analysis Office, is responsible for the day-to-day credit quality assessment and valuation of securities owned by state regulated insurance companies. Checkunder all the categories and investigate anything that survives for an area you'reinterested in. And you should remember that Griffith's, far from being the recordof a settled population, is in fact a snapshot of the aftermath of a catastrophe, theGreat Famine of 1845 to c.1850. In many areas enormous changes took placebetween the original and the published valuations.2. Hereditaments which count as domestic and are subject to council tax are of course excluded from liability for non-domestic rates and the Valuation Officer therefore excluded from assessment the flats subject to council tax (including the whole of the Temple Missionaries Accommodation). Nothing more need be said about them. The dispute is over whether all but one of the other buildings are entitled to exemption under the following provisions of paragraph 11 of Schedule 5 of the Local Government Finance Act 1988 (as amended), which appear under the heading :
